Consumer Rights, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
You have the option to cancel your order within a period of fourteen days after receiving your initial Gaia’s Trove. Upon cancellation, you will be eligible for a full refund of the Trove’s price as per Gaia’s Trove’s refund policy detailed below.
Each subscription to Gaia’s Trove is considered a single order, forming part of a recurring monthly delivery. Therefore, cancellation and refund requests are only applicable within fourteen days of receiving the first monthly Trove.
While you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time, refunds are only applicable during the initial fourteen-day period following your subscription initiation. This complies with UK legislation, specifically the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To initiate a cancellation, you must notify Gaia’s Trove via email at customerservice@gaiasglade.co.uk, providing your name, address, and PayPal ID. Any Trove shipped prior to cancellation must be returned to Gaia’s Trove within 14 days of cancellation notification. The returned Trove must be in its original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.
Gaia’s Trove reserves the right to deduct from your refund any reduction in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, quality, and function.
Refund Procedure: If you cancel within the fourteen-day period, Gaia’s Trove will refund your subscription promptly. If your first Trove has not been dispatched, the refund will occur within two business days. Otherwise, the refund will be issued within five business days of Gaia’s Trove receiving the returned Trove or within five business days from your evidence of return receipt, whichever is sooner.
The refund will cover the product price in full, excluding delivery costs if your Trove has already been shipped at the time of cancellation. The refund will be credited directly to the PayPal account used for subscription.
Unauthorized returns or refusals by the recipient will result in deductions from the refund, including postage costs and a £6 handling fee.
Address change requests should be emailed to customerservice@gaiasglade.co.uk before the 5th of the month to ensure timely processing. Changes made after this date may not be feasible before shipment, and it will be the subscriber’s responsibility to coordinate with their sorting office for redirection to the new address.
