  1. When will my monthly payment be deducted from my account? Your payment will be deducted on the same day you initially subscribed. If you wish to change this, you’ll need to unsubscribe and then resubscribe on your preferred payment date.
  2. I’m encountering issues subscribing via PayPal, can you assist? Please reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to provide assistance.
  3. Do I need to subscribe every month? No, your subscription is automatically renewed unless you choose to cancel.
  4. Do you ship internationally? We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. Shipping to Europe and international destinations may incur additional costs, but these are already included in the subscription price.
  5. When can I expect to receive my Trove?
    • Troves are dispatched between the 12th and 15th of each month.
    • UK Troves are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
    • International Troves are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with delivery times of 3-5 business days to Europe and 5-7 business days elsewhere.
    • If you haven’t received your Trove, please contact your local sorting office before contacting us.
  6. What happens if my payment fails? PayPal attempts to process failed payments twice more, five days apart. If one of these attempts succeeds, you’ll still receive your Trove without needing to resubscribe. However, if all attempts fail, your subscription is automatically canceled.
  7. I haven’t received my Trove but another payment has been processed. What should I do? If your payment is processed just after our shipping date, it may arrive after your next payment is processed. Rest assured, your Trove is on its way, and you’ll receive every Trove you’ve paid for.
  8. How can I change my mailing address? Please email us with your new address before the 5th of the month to ensure the change is made before shipping. If it’s after this date, you may need to contact your sorting office to redirect your Trove.
  9. How do I unsubscribe? Utilize the ‘unsubscribe’ button located at the bottom of our page.
  10. Do you offer refunds? Refunds are not provided if subscriptions are not canceled before payment processing. For assistance with canceling, please email us at least three working days before your payment date.
  11. What about Customs fees? Customers outside the UK may incur customs fees/import duty, for which they are responsible. Please research potential charges before subscribing.
  12. Are the products cruelty-free/vegan-friendly? In the Troves, yes. Some authentic items for sale elsewhere on our site will be made from animal products, such as Shaman Drums – however,  all products in our Troves adhere to cruelty-free and vegan standards.
  13. Are your Troves ethically sourced? Absolutely. We prioritize ethical sourcing and ensure our products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
  14. Are your Troves themed each month? Yes, each Trove follows a unique theme designed to appeal to all genders.
  15. Do your Troves follow any particular religion? No, our Troves celebrate diverse practices and beliefs.
  16. Are Troves delivered discreetly? Yes, we understand the need for discretion and package our Troves in plain, recycled mail bags.
  17. Can I purchase past Troves? No, once Troves are sold out, they’re no longer available for purchase. Some individual items may be available in our store at retail price.
